R.N. Marcel [猟奇•ネグロ•マーセル] (Born in Arcata, California 1995) is an American They/Them illustrator and graphic designer based in Riverside, California. Originally exposed to Shonen Jump Magazine as a child when their mother brought it home after work, they were inspired to pursue a career in illustration and print. Inspired by the depth of meaning in comics and film, but disappointed by the isolation and lack of community building opportunity in the field, R.N. Marcel has found a role in supporting artists and the DIY community through working in gallery spaces, printing zines and Giclee, and assisting in murals in the greater Inland Empire, stalling a long career as a serial transplant to find a home in Riverside

Giger, Gustave Dore, and Emory Douglas. Biomechanical, Complex, Propaganda.
